ANALISIS PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN SOPP TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN PENDEKATAN TAM
Abstract— This study aims to determine (1) Effect of Perceived Ease of Use SOPP on Job Satisfaction and (2) Effect of Perceived Usefulness SOPP on Job Satisfaction. This research is a quantitative study using a model approach to the Technology Acepptance Model (TAM) conducted in PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Fatmawati. The samples used were all employees of post offices that use or operate the System Online Payment Point (SOPP), which number 60 people were determined using Non- probability Sampling with saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires/ questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Classical Assumption Test and Testing Hypotheses which consists of Multiple Linear Regression Testing. The result showed that (1) Ease of use SOPP perception variables have a significant impact on job satisfaction shown by the regression coefficient which shows the number of variables (7.691) and has a significance of 0.000 (less than 0.05), (2) variable SOPP not perceived usefulness has a significant influence on job satisfaction shown by the regression coefficient variable that shows the number (1.255) and has a 0.215 significance (greater than 0.05). Obtained independent variables (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness) jointly affect the dependent variable (job satisfaction) of 0.591 or 59.1%. With the contribution of each variable that is equal to 50.9% X1 and X2 is 26%. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.591, or 59.1% which means that job satisfaction can be explained by the perception of ease of use and perceived usefulness amounted to 59.1%.
